For the sales of a luxury residential development located in a prime central area of Belgrade (Dorćol), we are seeking motivated and professional candidates.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily involvement in the sales and project presentation process
• Telephone communication with potential buyers, including scheduling and organizing client meetings
• Following up with prospective buyers throughout the sales process
• Maintaining and updating the customer database (CRM)
• Preparation and processing of supporting documentation (reservations, contracts, invoices, and other administrative documentation)
• Cooperation with legal and financial teams
• Working in accordance with defined sales targets
• Performing additional sales-related administrative tasks as required
