About Frajni Creative Studio
Frajni is a creative studio working with international, high-profile clients in the white and black goods industry. Our work spans CGI animation, live-action production, hybrid formats, or campaign concepts, often translating complex products and ideas into clear, persuasive narratives. The Role
We are looking for a Screenwriter / Creative Writer who can think conceptually and write precisely. This role sits at the core of our creative process and is responsible for shaping narratives across multiple formats. You will be responsible for shaping stories, scripts, and
narrative structures that guide projects from concept to execution. You will work closely with art directors, strategic directors, CGI artists, motion designers, and account teams to ensure that ideas are not only creative, but executable. This is not a “write and disappear” role. You are expected to understand production realities, visual storytelling, product marketing and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scripts, scenarios, and storyboards for CGI animation and live-action projects
- Write conceptual and strategic copy for campaigns, presentations, and creative materials
- Translate strategic and creative briefs into clear narrative concepts
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, CGI artists, and account managers.
- Write for different formats and durations (brand films, product films, explainers, campaign assets)
- Adapt tone and storytelling style to different brands and markets
- Participate in concept development and pitching, not just execution
- Iterate scripts based on internal feedback and client input
- Maintain narrative clarity when dealing with technical or product-heavy content
Requirements
- Strong background in writing, screenwriting, narrative design, or conceptual copy
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, not just write fluently
- Ability to structure ideas clearly
- Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent conceptual and abstract thinking skills
- Comfort working within commercial and brand constraints without flattening ideas
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and accept feedback without drama
Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)
- Ability to sketch or roughly visualize scenes and ideas (by hand, digitally, or via AI image-generation tools) to support concept development
- Experience in creative studios, agencies, or production environments
- Familiarity with CGI, animation, or film workflows
- Experience writing for international clients or global brands
- Understanding of product communication, especially in tech or consumer goods
