DESCRIPTION
Archimede Solutions SARL is looking for an enthusiastic Secretary and Administrative Assistant with an excellent level of English. The candidate must have a formal University or business school qualification in accounting and an excellent level of English. The work can be performed remotely from home. Full time and part time applications are welcome. Work time is flexible and most of the time the selected candidate will have the possibility to adapt his/her work hours according to his/her preferences.
DUTIES
- Handle incoming email messages and registration processes
- Handle incoming requests and messages
- Perform administrative tasks, such as invoicing and reporting
- Support the human resources management
- Prepare invoices and payments
- Prepare activity reports
- Support communication and event organising
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Excellent level of English (C1), both written and spoken
- Proficient with Excel
- Capacity to work autonomously and in a team
- Sense of responsibility and strong attention to details
Desired:
- Formal qualification in accounting
- University qualification a plus
- 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience
- Speaking French would be a plus
