Security Supervisor

In the Manned Security Department

Your duties are to:

• Manage manned security service at sites of assigned clients and organize its work
• Manage people, control the implementation of procedures, and security officers' performance
• Maintain contacts with clients and improve operational work in compliance with the Law on Private Security and internal procedures in the Company
• Carry out all internal procedures and coordinate activities with other sectors and departments in the Company
• Participate in the planning and implementation of the activities of the Manned Security Department

Your profile? It is important that you are:

• Preferably holding a university degree or at least 3 years of experience in similar positions
• Experienced in working in the private security sector with people management skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Computer literacy (advantage will have candidates with knowledge or aspiration towards software solutions)
• Actively using your driver's license
• Having LF1 or LF2 licenses is preferable (or has to be eligible for licensing)
• Desirable to have experience in project management
• Participated in the implementation of project plans
