Our requirements:

To have active role in developing technical solutions to business needs in cost-effective way
To collect, understand and translate project business requirements into functional specifications and test plans
Manage workshops with the stakeholders/clients
Create project documentations
To be involved in design of the test scenarios and participating in testing processes
Day-to-day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
To have active role in training processes and creating presentations
Maintain and respect quality standards and strive for excellence
Active role in maintenance processes
To have experience in business analysis for 5+ years

We expect:

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation.
Strong analytical, observational, and modeling skills in solving complex issues.
Strong commitment to results
Ability to tightly collaborate with project manager in order that every project phase being organized in the most effective way.
Demonstrated experience in leading workshops with clients
Excellent client facing and effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal knowledge in English
Ability to work independently and to work in teams
