YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Optimization and implementation of the procurement strategy for product
• Procurement and tracking of Samples
• Responsibility for the direct purchase of material in the automotive industry
• Independent purchase and price negotiations for components and tools
• Selection and development of national and international suppliers
• Analysis of new production technologies and procurement markets
• Develop and execute global commodity strategy that supports the needs of the business
• Interface between project purchasing and product development/R&D

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Completed technical or commercial education (IV degree), preferably with a strong technical background
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical purchasing, prototype development or manufacturing technology, ideally in a senior role
• Solid experience in the automotive industry (highly advantageous)
• Strong technical understanding of components, manufacturing processes and tooling
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills in English (German is advantageous)
• Result-driven, proactive and hands-on mindset
