HR World Media is a leading organizer of high-level international conferences for senior HR professionals, including the HR World Summit and Horizon Summit. Our events bring together CHROs, thought leaders, and innovative solution providers to explore the future of work, leadership, AI, and workplace transformation. We’re expanding our team with a results-driven Sales Professional to help us scale our audience and partner engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Sell and close delegate packages with senior HR decision-makers
- Run outbound calls, discovery conversations, and follow-ups
- Build a strong pipeline and drive deals from first contact to payment
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver consistent weekly results
Requirements
- 3+ years proven B2B sales experience (conference sales a strong plus)
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into revenue
- Excellent English and strong conversational confidence
- Discipline to work independently in a remote environment
- Expertise to use Hubspot for outreach and lead management
- Self driven and motivated
- A good sense of humor is certainly a plus?
