Senior Dispatcher USA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trucking Dispatcher to manage and optimize daily operations for Dry Van and Reefer units in the U.S. market.

Minimum 3 years of dispatch experience is required.

Strong understanding of rate negotiation, lane strategy, RPM, HOS compliance, and deadhead control.

Ability to manage 5–8 trucks efficiently while maintaining service quality and profitability.

Excellent communication skills with drivers, brokers, and internal teams.

Proven ability to handle time-sensitive situations, delays, and operational challenges.

Independent, organized, and results-driven work style.

Hybrid position with performance-based compensation.
