We are looking for a Senior Events Manager who will lead the execution of high‑profile events, managing complex projects from concept to delivery. In this role, you will oversee event strategy development, budget planning, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and exceptional outcomes. You will play a critical role in elevating event experiences, optimizing processes, and supporting organizational objectives through impactful event management.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Proficient in English language
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in event management, project management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Proven experience in planning and executing trade show events, including coordination with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong budgeting experience, with the ability to create, manage, and optimize event budgets while ensuring cost‑effective execution.
- Ability to make strategic decisions on event prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing event impact.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead the planning and execution of high‑profile, complex events, ensuring all components are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Mentor and guide junior event coordinators and managers, providing leadership, coaching, and support to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align event strategies with organizational goals and brand initiatives.
- Lead vendor selection, contracting, and negotiations, securing cost‑effective agreements without compromising quality.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, allocating resources and balancing timelines to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to proactively address potential challenges during event execution.
- Deliver comprehensive post‑event analyses and reports, highlighting successes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending future enhancements.
About the Team
This position is part of the Intellectual Property (IP) segment within the Marketing team. You will contribute to high‑impact initiatives that support the visibility, positioning, and strategic objectives of the IP business. The team values creativity, collaboration, innovation, and precision in execution.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours primarily within the CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
