The Opportunity

As the company’s first finance hire, you will own the systems, models and insights that guide key decisions. You’ll work directly with product, operations and AI teams to connect financial data with real business outcomes. Your work won’t sit in a spreadsheet — it will shape how the company grows.

What You’ll Do

• Build and analyze monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial reports with precision and clarity
• Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning
• Track business performance metrics and support C-level strategic decisions
• Lead planning cycles and partner closely with product, operations and AI teams
• Perform variance and margin analysis to understand growth drivers
• Improve financial systems and introduce automation and scalable processes
• Turn complex financial and technical information into clear insights for stakeholders

What You Bring

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, modelling, reporting, forecasting and planning
• Experience working with financial models and data-driven insights
• Curiosity about AI, machine learning and modern technology products
• Ability to translate complex financial findings into simple, actionable messages
• A proactive, structured and analytical mindset — with comfort operating in ambiguity
