This is a position for an experienced HR Recruiter, with extensive experience and contacts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

HR Recruiting in the IT Industry and understanding of different types of Job roles, positions, and technologies
Experience using LinkedIn for head hunting purposes for IT candidates
Someone with a large collection of contacts in Linked In from the IT industry
Experience interviewing candidates in the IT industry for both technical and soft skills
Experience and understanding of common job boards like INFOSTUD, HR LAB, HelloWorld, AltTab, as well as best practices of utilizing those job boards and platforms
Experience with cold calling of Candidates and overall Salesmanship for open positions via email/Linked In, and phone.
Excellent Verbal and written English Communication Skills.
