We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support our Serbia plant by providing legal and compliance guidance, ensuring regulatory adherence, and managing contract and dispute matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and uphold high standards of legal integrity in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise various contracts related to the Serbia plant, ensuring compliance with local and EU laws as well as internal corporate policies
• Provide day-to-day legal and compliance support to departments including Procurement, HR, Customs, Logistics, Trade, and Compliance
• Assist in handling labor disputes, commercial conflicts, regulatory communications, and litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel
• Implement and localize corporate compliance systems, legal risk management procedures, and legal training initiatives at the Serbia plant
• Collaborate closely with regional and global legal teams to support cross-border projects and the Group’s overall legal governance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; qualified lawyer preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm; experience in manufacturing or multinational environments is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to independently draft and review English contracts
• Solid understanding of contract law, labor law, and international trade regulations, with strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to multinational and cross-time-zone collaboration
• Open-minded and culturally adaptable, with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully within a diverse, international team
