We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Analyst who will play a key role in analyzing sell-in performance, supporting commercial execution, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze sell-in performance across sales channels and build monthly / quarterly trend views
- Develop and continuously improve forecasting models by SKU, customer, and channel
- Conduct gap analysis vs. plan and provide clear recommendations to commercial teams
- Track distribution and availability of key SKUs
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and leadership-ready decks
- Support sales teams with data-driven decision-making and planning
- Identify market and growth opportunities through advanced analytics
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in FMCG analytics, sales performance or commercial finance.
- University degree.
- Strong expertise in Excel and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization).
- Solid understanding of FMCG channels (KA / WHS / HRC), listing logic, and promo mechanics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- High analytical accuracy with a clear results-oriented mindset.
