Senior Sales Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking an autonomous and proactive SeniorSales Operations Coordinator to join our team in support of our US-based partner company, Stacker. Stacker is a content distribution platform that connects brands and publishers, creating new ways to reach audiences through engaging content. As a trusted network, Stacker powers a unique ecosystem where branded stories are distributed and featured across leading news outlets worldwide.

As a Senior Sales Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the COO of our partner company and be responsible for building systems that enhance sales and marketing efficiency, while also supporting training and organizational communication. Approximately 40% of your responsibilities will focus on workflows and automations, 20% on enablement and coaching, 20% on cross-functional collaboration, and 10% on reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize workflows and automations in HubSpot 
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, account management, and leadership teams to streamline cross-functional processes
• Build systems and automations that improve sales and enhance operational effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow design and overall operational consistency
• Provide training and mentoring to team members on tools, processes, and automation best practices
• Maintain documentation, records, and prepare reports
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations at a SaaS or AdTech company
• Proficiency in HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM systems, as well as in Google Sheets
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Claude Code, Fathom, and Gong to create BI tools and workflows
• Experience with - or ability to quickly learn - PandaDoc, Clay, Wiza, and N8N stacks
• Data-driven, highly autonomous, and skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
