Role Summary
This role exists to drive qualified organic demand for B2B clients through SEO and AI-driven search visibility.
You will work closely with Client Success, Content, Design, and Development.
You will own:
- Organic strategy and quarterly roadmaps across a portfolio of accounts
- Technical and content SEO execution on the highest-impact work
- Our approach to AI search visibility (AEO) and how it fits into delivery
- Content strategy support & light editing
- CRO audit support
This role goes beyond rankings. It connects search intent, content quality, and user experience to drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities
Strategy and Prioritization
- Build an SEO + AI search roadmap tied to business outcomes and quarterly priorities.
- Keep accounts focused on the few moves that will drive impact.
Technical SEO Delivery
- Audit crawl/indexing, architecture, performance, and schema, then drive fixes that improve visibility.
- Collaborate with developers to implement changes and validate results.
Content SEO and On-page Optimization
- Create keyword and topic maps, then produce briefs writers can execute with minimal rework.
- Improve existing content for relevance, internal linking, and conversion paths.
AI Search Visibility (AEO)
- Improve eligibility for AI answers through structured content, entities, schema, and clear sourcing.
- Track AI search shifts and update standards and roadmaps.
CRO Audit Support
- Support CRO audits for priority pages and recommend UX and content changes that improve conversion rate.
- Help translate insights into shipped improvements with design and content.
Reporting and Client Communication
- Maintain reporting that connects work to outcomes, not activity.
- Communicate findings and next steps in clear, client-ready language.

- GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Databox, HubSpot/WordPress, ChatGPT/Gemini

Qualifications
Must-have
- 5+ years of SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong technical SEO fundamentals (crawl/indexing, architecture, schema, performance)
- Strong content SEO skills (mapping, briefing, optimization, internal linking)
- Use AI to turn client and performance data into sharper insights and better decisions, not just faster outputs.
- Proven ability to prioritize, ship work, and validate outcomes
- Clear communication with non-technical teammates and clients
- Experience collaborating with dev, design, and writers to implement changes
Nice-to-have
- HubSpot CMS & CRM experience
- Client communication experience
- Experience contributing to CRO audits and testing ideas
- Hands-on experience improving AI search visibility (AEO)
