Redfox Agency is hiring a world-class short-form editor to produce high-performance TikTok/IG/Shorts content for top creators.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Think and edit like a creator — not a corporate videographer
• Understand pacing, tension, hooks, and replay loops on a native level
• Can turn average raw footage into premium, addictive reels
• Know how to cut for male gaze, POV, micro-expressions, character
• Move fast, iterate fast, and maintain quality at high volume

Responsibilities:

• Edit 15 short-form videos per day (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
• Create and maintain persona-driven visual styles
• Collaborate with our creative lead + copy team
• Uplift and guide our existing editing team
• Deliver consistent high-quality output, daily

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional editing experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form mastery
• Proven ability to edit in tension-forward, cinematic, or POV styles
• Fast, reliable workflow and strong English comprehension
• Passion for online culture, trends, and viral storytelling
