SENIOR SOFTWARE DESIGNER

Basic responsibilities:

• Create and maintain software architectures using UML and tools like Enterprise Architect, ensuring consistency across all project phases from concept to integration;
• Analyze customer needs and derive precise technical specifications (SRS, SSDD, ICD) in alignment with agreed standards and project constraints;
• Own and maintain the full set of technical project documents throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring traceability from requirements to implementation;
• Guide and mentor development teams, support onboarding of new engineers, and act as the primary technical contact for European clients;
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external clients across the full project lifecycle, including effort estimation, milestone planning, and technical risk management;
• Define test strategies and perform high-level code reviews to ensure long-term stability and compliance with project quality gates;
• Apply AI tools across the development workflow from requirements analysis and architecture documentation to code review and test strategy and actively support clients in adopting AI-assisted processes within their own engineering environments.

Required conditions and experience:

• 10+ years in software development with experience as Technical Lead or Architect;
• University degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Expertise in C/C++, RTOS, Linux, and Model-Driven Development;
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM-based workflows);
• Strong analytical skills, direct communication;
• C1/C2 English level.
