Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to execute day-to-day social media operations across Valorem Capital and its associated entities. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who is comfortable owning posting, content coordination, and community engagement from start to finish.

You will work with existing brand direction and business priorities, ensuring content is published consistently, accurately, and on time.

Core Responsibilities (Execution-First)

• Own daily social media execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate on the creation of, write, schedule, and publish content (posts, captions, stories, short-form video); video shooting/editing will be done by others
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting cadence
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond and escalate when needed
• Track performance and produce clear monthly reports (reach, engagement, growth)
• Adjust content based on performance data and platform trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, updates, and approvals

• Ability to support content planning and suggest improvements to posting strategy
• Comfort interpreting analytics and identifying what content performs best
• Interest in trends, formats, and platform updates

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, company, or agency
• Strong understanding of how LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X function day-to-day
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple accounts and deadline

Paid advertising experience is not required.
