The Role

We are looking for a marketing expert to join our operations. We need someone who understands the mechanics of modern digital marketing deeply—whether through viral organic reach or precise paid acquisition.

You don’t need to be a generalist. We are looking for an expert in either Short-Form Video Strategy OR Performance Marketing. Your goal is to drive visibility and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Depending on your core expertise, your focus will be on:

Track A: Short-Form Strategy (Organic Focus)

• Trend & Market Research: Analyze trends on TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn to adapt them for business contexts.
• Content Concepting: Develop scripts and visual concepts that utilize strong hooks, retention mechanics, and clear CTAs.
• Production Briefings: Translate concepts into precise instructions for editors or creators.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor organic KPIs (views, retention, engagement) and iterate strategies to maximize reach.

Track B: Performance Marketing (Paid Focus)

• Campaign Management: Setup, manage, and scale paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn).
• Data-Driven Decisions: Optimize budgets based on CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Creative Strategy: Analyze ad performance to provide feedback on necessary creatives (images/videos) that convert.
• Testing: Systematically A/B test audiences, ad copy, and landing pages.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: €1,500 month
• Performance bonuses tied to the results of assigned creators/campaigns → Realistic total compensation: up to €2,500/month

Requirements

• Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Proven Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in either Social Media Growth (Short-Form) or Paid Performance Marketing.
• Specialized Skillset (Choose one):
• Option A: Deep understanding of viral algorithms, storytelling, and video retention.
• Option B: Technical proficiency in Ads Managers (Meta/Google), tracking, and funnel optimization.
• Mindset: You are self-organized, reliable, and prefer data/results over "vanity metrics."
