Responsibilities

• Systematically research TikTok & Instagram Reels trends and maintain a structured idea database.
• Analyze performance drivers (hook, structure, pace, retention) and document clear insights.
• Translate findings into precise briefs and shot lists—including examples, script snippets, and do’s & don’ts.
• Develop short-video concepts, combine hooks/middles/endings, and test & iterate based on data.
• Manage creator communication: align content, give actionable feedback, resolve questions.
• Monitor published content, report KPIs, implement optimizations, maintain documentation, and flag risks.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: €1,500 month
• Performance bonuses tied to the results of assigned creators/campaigns → Realistic total compensation: up to €2,000/month

Hours & location

• Full-time, 40 hours/week

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• 1–3 years in social media marketing with a focus on short-form (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Deep understanding of viral mechanics: hooks, structure, watch time/retention, performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze videos and turn insights into creative, actionable concepts.
• Reliable, structured work style with ownership and on-time delivery.
