Professional Requirements

• Proven Track Record: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Growth or Performance Marketing with a focus on Short Form Formats.
• Linguistic Excellence: Native-level or completely fluent English (written and verbal). You must be able to draft high-quality scripts that resonate with a professional audience.
• Algorithmic Insight: A deep understanding of how organic distribution works today—moving beyond "likes" to focus on retention and community growth.
