Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our IT organization and design end-to-end solutions across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT domain experts to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and well-documented solution architectures — and support delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements across multiple IT initiatives and translate them into clear solution designs.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture in complex projects, including application components, integrations and interfaces, data flows and non-functional requirements.
• Drive alignment across IT domain experts (development, infrastructure, security, operations) to ensure feasibility and consistency.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing systems, processes, and architecture patterns.
• Produce and maintain high-quality architecture documentation (diagrams, interface specifications, architecture decisions).
• Support delivery teams during implementation to ensure the solution is delivered as designed.
• Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure alignment, smooth delivery, and high-quality outcomes.

For the good start, you will need:

• University degree in IT / Telecommunications / Computer Science 
• 3–6 years of experience in IT roles such as solution design, systems analysis, integration, development, or architecture
• Familiarity with BSS/ESS domains (CRM, billing, order management, product catalog, provisioning) within telecom and/or complex IT environments
• Strong understanding of solution architecture concepts, including: system decomposition, integration patterns (APIs, messaging), data flows and key non-functional requirements
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
