Specialist - Paid Social

In this role as a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client-facing strategists in European markets. Your focus will be on the expert implementation and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns, ensuring that client campaigns are flawlessly executed to drive performance and budgets are managed effectively. 

What you’ll do:

You'll be at the core of our operational success, helping s360 deliver outstanding results for international brands and retailers across our markets, working closely with experienced colleagues in Norway and beyond. You will:

• Work as part of a cross-border team directly with an experienced Paid Social specialist from one of our existing European offices.
• Hands-on execution and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Reporting, analysis and insights to help clients make smarter decisions and achieve better results.
• Stay current on tools and trends in the evolving world of social media, commerce and digital media.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are curious, structured, and ready to grow with us. You likely recognise yourself in the following:

• 2-4 years of experience in Paid Social (agency or in-house).
• An experienced understanding of Social Media advertising and the landscape.
• Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok- Snap & Pinterest Ads Manager. Good understanding of Smartly is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills—written and verbal.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and contribute.
