Structural Engineer
About Us:
We are a growing engineering company based in Niš, Serbia, working on residential and commercial construction projects for the UK market. Due to an increasing workload, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsperson / CAD Technician to join our office team in Niš.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural design and development of projects from concept to construction
- Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Review and coordinate project documentation with architects, clients, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and support the drafting team
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Proven experience in structural design and project execution (residential, commercial, or industrial projects)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills
