Studio Shift Lead (PitBoss)

Our newly opened Belgrade studio is expanding, and we are searching for an experienced and motivated PitBoss (Studio Shift Lead) to join our on-site leadership team.

As a WINFINITY PitBoss, you will be responsible for overseeing live table operations, ensuring professionalism, smooth game flow, and compliance with internal standards and incident resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee a group of tables and ensure smooth, uninterrupted live game operations.
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures, operational guidelines, and security standards.
• Handle escalations, game irregularities, and operational incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and technical malfunctions.
• Collaborate with Team Managers, Risk & Fraud, Technical Support, and Customer Service.
• Achieve shift KPIs and ensure operational discipline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid understanding of the iGaming and similar environments.
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (B2–C1).
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to make well-balanced real-time decisions.
• Good technical orientation and PC multitasking.
• Available to work in 3 shifts. 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or internal admin systems.
• Supervisory experience in broadcasting, media, or real-time operations.
• Experience with video monitoring systems (CCTV).

CONDITIONS:

• Location: Belgrade office (Vukov Spomenik district).
• Work format: On-site, 3–4 working days & 2 days off rotation, 8-hour shifts.
• Compensation: Fixed hourly rate + monthly KPI bonus.
