About the Project

We are a company specializing in the production and live broadcasting of high-quality interactive real-time content. Our studio in Belgrade is a key operational hub. Due to active growth and team expansion, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Supervisor.

The PitBoss will be responsible for supervising live broadcast operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and managing the production area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth studio operations during the shift and monitor compliance with internal procedures and company policies;
  • Operational management of studio staff (hosts, assistants);
  • Monitor live broadcasts and coordinate promptly with the compliance department to identify and prevent irregular situations;
  • Oversee audio and video stream quality across different platforms (mobile and desktop);
  • Monitor and verify the proper functioning of studio technical equipment;
  • Maintain internal documentation and prepare incident reports;
  • Administer studio work areas: activation/deactivation and management of availability for client platforms;
  • Daily monitoring of broadcast data accuracy and results;
  • Escalate technical and operational incidents to relevant departments;
  • Support and update internal knowledge base and documentation;
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship for new employees in the same role;
  • Respond to emergencies and technical failures in accordance with established protocols;
  • Cooperate with cross-functional departments: risk management, technical support, customer service;
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) established for this role. 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of interactive live streaming rules and procedures;
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in online broadcasting and data processing;
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (B2/C1), ability to maintain technical and operational documentation in English;
  • High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to make quick and well-balanced decisions in real time;
  • Experience in a supervisory role in live broadcasting, media production, or related industries will be a significant advantage;
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for web-based systems;
  • Experience working with internal systems (admin panels, video monitoring systems, etc.);
  • Strong leadership skills, team coordination, and conflict resolution abilities;
  • Willingness to work shifts;
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence will be a plus.

Conditions:

  • Location: Office in Belgrade, Vukov Spomenik district;
  • Work format: On-site only, 2/2 shift schedule, 12-hour shifts;
  • Compensation: Hourly rate + monthly KPI bonus.
