For one of our clients – an established international company operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we are looking for a Stylists Team Supervisor (Appearance Supervisor).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Stylists/Appearance Team with a strong focus on efficiency, cost control, and stock optimization;
• Manage stock control processes, ensuring accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and strict compliance with all established procedures;
• Plan and monitor daily team activities, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and holiday planning to ensure smooth operations;
• Handle onboarding and training of new team members, maintaining high performance and visual standards;
• Maintain disciplinary documentation when needed and support performance improvement actions;
• Regularly evaluate procedure compliance, draft new procedures for approval, and propose updates to improve efficiency;
• Organize and participate in Appearance workshops and support the planning and execution of special events;
• Analyze stock movements to identify trends, patterns, and possible risks, ensuring proactive decision-making;
• Conduct research/testing initiatives to improve consistency of on-camera appearance and overall presentation quality;
• Prepare periodic reports on team performance, stock movement, and purchases;
• Maintain and continuously improve standardization documentation, ensuring alignment with best practices;
• Enhance internal customer experience processes, streamlining interactions and elevating service quality;
• Coordinate improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and operational excellence;
• Follow company standards, ensure confidentiality, and support health & safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or professional certificate in hairstyling, make-up, or a related artistic industry;
• Excellent English (written and verbal);
• PC literacy and confidence working with scheduling/administration tools;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures;
• Excellent presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills;
• Minimum 2 years of stock management experience;
• Minimum 1 year of team management or coordination experience;
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and communicate with suppliers.

Nice to have:

• Experience in makeup and hairdressing for on-camera/broadcast settings;
• Knowledge of skincare products and techniques supporting long on-shift comfort and appearance.
