For our procurement team in Svilajnac we are looking for:
Supplier Invoice Handling

YOUR TASKS

• Receive invoices after scanning
• Check the invoice header invoices in EDC (Electronic Data Capture)
• Check the positions in EDC
• If necessary, optimization of the invoice layout and information with the suppliers
• Transfer to Ex Flow
• Comparison of the invoice with the order
• Price: Assignment to the strategic buyer
• Quantity: Assignment to the operational buyer
• Quality: Assignment to the strategic buyer
• Adding surcharges in case needed (transport, packaging, small quantity surcharges)
• Approve and book invoices
• Check batch run
• Trigger/manage advance payments to suppliers

YOUR PROFILE

• Data Analyst Skills
• Experience in Operational Procurement
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Serbian and English, German is a plus
