About role

As the Supply Chain and Distribution Coordinator at Zdravlje, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of pharmaceutical products from storage to end-users. You oversee a spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from managing buyer relations to optimizing supply chain operations and resolving complaints. Your duties encompass coordinating with wholesalers/buyers, strategizing product allocations, overseeing import/export processes, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

Buyer Relations:

• Manage wholesaler/buyer requests, prepare necessary documentation and invoices, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Coordinate delivery to wholesaler/buyer storage, prioritizing safety and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Facilitate daily communication with wholesalers, providing vital support and information.

Supply Management:

• Maintain optimal stock levels of products.
• Strategize and allocate weekly product distributions to distribution centers based on SKU requirements.
• Coordinate intercompany storage deliveries, overseeing the transfer of goods from factory to distribution storage.

Distribution Oversight:

• Lead and oversee the Demand and Supply process from Zdravlje storage to wholesaler/buyer storage.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance storage and distribution efficiency, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of goods.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Foster close communication with transport, warehouse, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth transport and delivery processes.
• Anticipate and resolve potential distribution issues, engaging in daily problem-solving and interdepartmental coordination.
• Uphold high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to refine supply and delivery processes.

Import/Export Management:

• Oversee all aspects of the import and export process, including transportation and customs clearance.
• Solicit and evaluate transport and customs clearance services, selecting the most efficient options.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to support import/export activities.
• Align import timelines with production and sales plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply departments.
• Communicate import/export requirements promptly to relevant stakeholders.

Complaint Resolution:

• Handle notifications of return deliveries from wholesalers/buyers, resolving complaints and facilitating prompt returns to storage.
• Report complaints to the manufacturer and QTA department for further action.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supply chain and procurement experience, with a focus on storage and distribution management, procurement, and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices relevant to storage and distribution operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
