ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

The chosen candidate will be part of Supply Planning unit and will support company's strategy through ensuring effective supply in cross-functional integration and decision making.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates monthly plans for the procurement/production of materials based on the demand plan
  • Creates weekly procurement/production plans for materials in accordance with monthly plans
  • Cooperates closely with Business Unit’s in the country and abroad in Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, and our partners in growth to ensure system data integrity and accurate planning
  • Provides detailed analysis as a basis for supply base decision making
  • Ensures the optimal level of supplies of materials
  • Cooperates with other organizational units to ensure supply of necessary raw materials
  • Manage supplier relationship and continuous improvement of processes
    Manages on-time imports and exports, ensuring the availability and appropriate stock levels

ARE THOSE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:

  • High school diploma, preferably University degree
  • 1 year of experience in the industry environment, preferable FMCG
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Fundamental computer skills (MS Office, desirable experience with SAP)
  • Proactive person who is results oriented
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Team oriented working style
  • Positive attitude and `can do` approach
