Role Overview

As a Dispatcher, you will be the critical link between our clients, chauffeurs, and operations team. Using our unique, cutting-edge dispatch platform, you’ll coordinate reservations, manage schedules, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all incoming bookings and ride requests on our dispatch platform.
• Assign trips to partners based on location, availability, and client requirements.
• Track ongoing journeys, ensuring timeliness and service excellence.
• Communicate with partners via phone, chat, or email as needed.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, or unexpected issues calmly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous dispatch, logistics, or scheduling experience preferred (luxury transport, aviation, or hospitality is a plus).
