Role Overview
As a Dispatcher, you will be the critical link between our clients, chauffeurs, and operations team. Using our unique, cutting-edge dispatch platform, you’ll coordinate reservations, manage schedules, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clientele. This is a work-from-home position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all incoming bookings and ride requests on our dispatch platform.
- Assign trips to partners based on location, availability, and client requirements.
- Track ongoing journeys, ensuring timeliness and service excellence.
- Communicate with partners via phone, chat, or email as needed.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, or unexpected issues calmly and effectively.
- Ensure accuracy of trip details, billing notes, and service standards.
- Collaborate with the wider operations team to maintain smooth 24/7 service coverage.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous dispatch, logistics, or scheduling experience preferred (luxury transport, aviation, or hospitality is a plus).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable learning and working with proprietary platforms.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required).
- A professional, client-first attitude with a focus on discretion and high standards.
