Supply/Inventory Planner for Victoria`s Secret 

Job brief 

As a Supply/Inventory Planner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams play a key role in managing stock, optimising inventory strategies, and supporting our brand’s growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Inventory Planning and Analysis: 

• Participating in the creation and implementation of sales and inventory plans;
• Monitoring product availability and developing reactive strategies to address potential shortages;
• Analysing product sales performance post-launch and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Forecasting financial resources required for purchasing goods and adjusting plans as needed.

Market Monitoring and Strategy Optimisation: 

• Analysing market trends and identifying opportunities to increase sales;
• Developing and maintaining pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions;
• Monitoring the consistency and effectiveness of brand messaging in the market 

Operational Management of Inventory and Processes: 

• Creating purchase orders based on database analysis and demand forecasts;
• Preparing items prior to promotional campaigns, including coordinating availability and location;
• Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring their implementation;
• Updating weekly and monthly sales and inventory plans. 

Collaboration and Coordination: 

• Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and brand management teams;
• Assisting in the creation of growth and brand expansion plans;
• Working with the sales analyst to prepare reports and analyses. 

Professional Qualifications and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, or a related field (preferably in fashion or retail)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
