For our location in Svilajnac we are looking for a Supply Quality Engineer

YOUR TASKS

• Reviewing specifications to identify materials needed
• Researching, sourcing, and assessing the best suppliers to supply the necessary materials
• Visiting supplier facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures and processes
• Performing regular quality control audits to ensure suppliers continue to work in compliance with company and standards
• Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality
• Conducting tests and assessments on products to identify quality issues
• Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws
• Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates
• Report supplier performance and quality to management
• Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, development department and regulatory institution

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or a related field), quality management, or a related discipline
• Experience in quality control, supply chain management, or a related field
• Strong ability to analyze data, conduct audits, and identify root causes of quality issues
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Fluent in Serbian and English, German is an advantage
• Communicative and responsible person
