We are looking for a Surveyor

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Field Work: Surveying land, terrain recording, marking property and building boundaries before construction.
• Office Work: Mathematical data processing, digitalization of plans, preparation of cadastral plans and topographic maps.
• Cadastre and Documentation: Registration of plots and buildings, resolving property-legal relationships, and preparation of documentation for legalization.
• Construction Supervision: Monitoring building construction and controlling spatial accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Completed surveying school (surveying technician) or a civil engineering/surveying faculty.
• Technical Skills: Working with surveying instruments (total stations, GNSS receivers) and software (AutoCAD, GIS tools).
• Personal Traits: Exceptional precision, accuracy, good physical condition (for fieldwork), spatial awareness, and teamwork.
