Systems & Data Analyst

Job Profile:

• Monitor and perform daily operational activities to ensure that defined objectives are achieved within agreed timelines
• Ensure continuous material flow by monitoring consumption, procurement, and inventory levels; prepare relevant reports and define corrective actions in case of deviations
• Establish and update system parameters throughout all project phases in line with global and internal procedures (BOM reviews, item parameter setup, EDI connections, etc.)
• Organize monthly and annual physical inventories, perform analyses, post results, and follow up on corrective actions
• Act as a Key User of the QAD system, responsible for system accuracy, troubleshooting, user training for other departments, and continuous system and process improvement
• Serve as a Key User for logistics-related IT systems, ensuring smooth connectivity and operation between QAD and other plant systems, and managing user access (ITARAS, IQR, GFES, TCIS, etc.)
• Maintain BOS documentation and other procedures relevant to the logistics function
• Prepare SOX documentation and reports related to the logistics area
• Monitor supplier and customer complaints, initiate closure actions, and adjust system data as necessary
• Participate in optimization of internal transport, material flow, and warehouse space utilization
• Act as a Key User of the Global Forecasting Execution System, responsible for data preparation, entry, and analysis
• Collaborate with other departments and actively participate in new project launches

Special Skills:

• Knowledge of supply chain and material management
• Understanding of production planning, warehousing, transportation, and customs processes
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
