Role Overview
At Hilti, people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Adriatic Area who loves connecting with people, creating outstanding candidate experiences, building strong employer branding, and support HR initiatives.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, channels, engineering, and enabling functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Managers to design sourcing strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and ensure fair, inclusive hiring decisions.
Beyond recruitment, you will be a trusted HR partner: driving projects around employer branding, university relations, onboarding, and employee experience, while also contributing to regional initiatives in DEI, sustainability, and engagement.
What you’ll bring
We are not just looking for titles or experiences: we want you, with your ideas, your energy and your unique way of contributing. You are the perfect fit if you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/HR, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
- Experience with ATS/Workday and comfortable with new recruitment technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
What’s in it for you
We really value our people. That’s why we’ve worked hard to create and nurture a caring, high-performing culture that you’ll experience every day in how we work and support each other. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will find:
- Meaningful impact: Partner closely with leaders to hire talent that directly drives Hilti’s long‑term growth and innovation.
- Strong TA culture: Be part of a collaborative, respected Talent Acquisition team with a real voice in hiring strategy and decisions.
- Purpose‑driven brand: Recruit for a company consistently recognised as a Great Place to Work, with strong values and employee trust.
- Tools & autonomy: Leverage modern recruitment tools and data while owning your roles end‑to‑end with trust and flexibility.
