Position summary:
You are responsible for efficiently managing and executing the recruitment process for a large number of positions within your region (Spain). This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates quickly and effectively to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
You will also support the team in sourcing activities as needed.
What will you be responsible for?
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract a large pool of candidates
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for multiple positions
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for high-volume hiring needs
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates
- Manages the candidate experience to ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the hiring process
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Provides proactive communication, and rapid response to key stakeholders to demonstrate credibility, build influence and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent in a timely way
- Leverages tools and technologies that drive efficiency in the hiring process
- Identifies and acts upon opportunities for driving continuous improvement throughout the hiring process
- Follows established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies (ATS, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance
What are we looking for?
- 1+ years of full life cycle recruitment in manufacturing industry
- Prior talent acquisition experience in a relationship-based customer service-oriented environment
- Experience in managing relationships and partnering with multiple hiring managers
- Solutions-driven, proactive mindset
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages
