Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our operational roles. Beyond just execution, you will be responsible for optimizing candidate pipelines and ensuring that G4S attracts and retains top-tier talent at scale to meet our complex operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Operations: Independently own the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to final offer negotiation.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies to maintain a robust pipeline for high-volume roles.
  • Process Optimization: Leveraging the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline workflows, ensuring 100% data integrity and recruitment efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as a partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice on market trends, candidate selection, and interview best practices.
  • Advanced Screening & Assessment: Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality hires that align with G4S values and operational needs.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Analyzing recruitment metrics and funnel data to provide actionable insights and regular updates to the TA Manager and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume or mass recruitment (agencies or large corporate systems).
  • Education: Minimum High School diploma.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively.
  • Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in Serbian and proficiency in English.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Sheets.
