About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our Serbian operations. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers great opportunities to learn and grow in recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting full-cycle recruitment across several plants
- Responsible for operator and technical worker hiring
- Assisting in white-collar/technical recruitment
- Partnering with plant managers and HRBPs on hiring needs
- Building candidate pipelines and participating in employer branding
- Contributing to improving our recruitment processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience (manufacturing/automotive is a plus, not a must)
- Someone who learns fast and can grow into an independent recruiter
- Outgoing and comfortable communicating with candidates and plant teams
- Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
