About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our Serbian operations. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers great opportunities to learn and grow in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting full-cycle recruitment across several plants
  • Responsible for operator and technical worker hiring
  • Assisting in white-collar/technical recruitment
  • Partnering with plant managers and HRBPs on hiring needs
  • Building candidate pipelines and participating in employer branding
  • Contributing to improving our recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience (manufacturing/automotive is a plus, not a must)
  • Someone who learns fast and can grow into an independent recruiter
  • Outgoing and comfortable communicating with candidates and plant teams
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
