About the role
This is a remote fixed-term full-time position based in Serbia, with working hours 10am-6pm CET Monday to Friday.
The Talent Development Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of Talent Development across all areas of the organisation. As an early professional within the Talent Development team, you will maintain core processes, systems and communications that enable performance, growth and operational excellence across N Family Club.
This remote role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations – from responding to queries and coordinating enrolments to administering our learning platforms. As the first point of contact for team members, you will play a key role in shaping how Talent Development is experienced by stakeholders at all levels, staying curious about people’s needs and focused on solutions to provide practical guidance that helps drive meaningful outcomes.
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing, multi-site environment and adapt quickly as priorities evolve, balancing high-quality support with operational priorities to support the delivery of our Talent Development strategy. You will work closely with the Sr. Talent Development Assistant to deliver inclusive, frustration-free processes that build consistent performance over time. This will allow you to make your mark and help N realise our vision to be the highest quality, most loved early years education group in the world. Key responsibilities and tasks:
Talent Development Operations
- Work flexibly to provide administrative support for the Talent Development function
- Manage a shared inbox, providing timely responses to queries and ensuring high-quality
- support for all team members
- Coordinate and maintain learning calendars, enrolments and resources across platforms
- Upload invoices and liaise with Finance on invoice queries or discrepancies, escalating to
- the Talent Development Manager as needed
- Provide support with the LMS/LXP and associated systems including users, permissions,
- learning and related system configurations
Quality and Improvement
- Work in partnership with the Sr. Talent Development Assistant to maintain Talent Development data and reporting across systems
- Share themes and opportunities with senior team members to inform continuous improvement
- Apply agreed processes and quality standards across Talent Development operations, strengthening consistency across N
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain positive working relationships to deliver a high-quality experience for
- all team members
- Draft and deliver Talent Development communications and updates, ensuring clear and
- timely information that supports team members
- Represent the Talent Development team professionally across N, reinforcing operational
- standards and ways of working
- Champion new ways of working and support adoption through clear communication,
- guidance and resources
- Share observations and feedback with the Talent Development team and escalate
- constraints as needed
Operational Excellence
- Manage time and workload effectively to meet delivery commitments in a fast-paced,
- growing, multi-site environment
- Use systems, tools and agreed processes effectively to ensure a consistent, high-quality
- learning experience
- Maintain required training, certifications and compliance standards in line with regulatory
- and organisational requirements

Experience and Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally in a learning, training or talent development function
- Highly skilled in building positive working relationships and communicating clearly in
- English with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to use digital tools and systems confidently across multiple platforms (experience with LMS/LXP is a plus)
- Experience supporting process improvement or automation is desirable
- Early Years sector experience is a bonus, but not required
