Overview
The Talent Management Specialist III supports and optimizes global talent management processes and systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors and learning platforms.
This role partners with stakeholders across regions to ensure talent processes are executed effectively, data is accurate, and reporting delivers meaningful insights. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across talent management, performance, and learning initiatives.
This is a hybrid role based in Belgrade, with working hours aligned to global teams, 12 pm - 8 pm CET with some flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Execute and support global talent management processes with accuracy and consistency
- Configure and maintain HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, LMS) to ensure proper functionality and data flow
- Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business needs
- Perform data validation, audits, and system checks to ensure data integrity
- Partner with stakeholders to implement and improve talent processes and frameworks
- Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making
- Support performance management, succession planning, and learning initiatives
- Create documentation and support training materials for end users
What We're Looking For
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in talent management, HR operations, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or LMS platforms
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
Experience & Skills
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence business outcomes through data and insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred
- Experience supporting performance management, succession planning, or learning systems
