What you’ll be doing

Coach and mentor Game Presenters to help them improve, grow, and shine on screen.
Lead daily team operations — scheduling, attendance, and supporting employees on the floor.
Build a strong team culture through clear communication, regular check-ins, and teamwork.
Spot training opportunities and work closely with the Training Department to upskill the team.
Drive performance and reach targets, keeping energy high and standards even higher.
Ensure compliance with company standards and values across all shifts and activities.

What we’re looking for

1+ year of experience as a supervisor/team leader (any dynamic environment).
Management-related education is a plus.
Experience in iGaming / Live Casino is an advantage — but not a must if you’re a strong leader.
Professional Russian and English (C1) — confident communication is key.
Strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and calm conflict-management style.
Comfortable in a fast-paced studio setting, working shifts (including nights).
Good PC skills and working knowledge of Office 365.
