For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Team Supervisor – Live Casino Operations with Russian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and support Game Presenters and Shufflers to deliver top-notch live casino experiences;
Manage schedules, rotations, and breaks to keep games running smoothly;
Communicate updates, feedback, and best practices between management and the team;
Motivate and coach team members, helping them grow in their roles;
Monitor the gaming floor and training areas, resolving minor issues quickly;
Track and report shift performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience; Live Casino or iGaming background is a plus;
Management qualification or related education is a bonus;
Strong leadership, communication, and people skills;
Professional English and Russian language skills;
Skilled in conflict resolution and time management;
Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
