Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tech Lead. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs. Some of your tasks will include developing and maintaining scalable software solutions, ensuring software quality through code review and testing, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Python software development
• Proficiency in the Django web framework
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software testing
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Django components + htmx ((Front-End)
• Experience with React
• Experience with Microservices in Python and Django projects
• Experience with API integration
• Experience with Sentry, Celery
• Experience with payment integrations
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to other developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with Agile Kanban methodologies is a plus
• Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, Heroku and other cloud platforms is a plus
