We provide comprehensive and full-range of services from planning, investigation, designing, consulting, civil works construction to M&E installation and manufacturing services in the fields of hydropower, thermal power, new energy and infrastructure. Our business also extends into real estate, investment, finance, and O&M services.

For the EXPO2027 Belgrade Project we are looking for a position: Technical Documents Administrator

Job Description:

  • Assists in the preparation and analysis of technical issues for the Technical Engineer;
  • Collects data and documentation as instructed by the Technical Engineer;
  • Assists the Technical Engineer in communication and negotiations with potential partners (JV members, subcontractors, or suppliers) for projects assigned by the Employer;
  • Participates in the organization and attends meetings, visits construction sites, and assists in communication with clients;
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the Employer, in accordance with their position and the Employer's instructions;
  • Prepares reports and other documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Level IV academic type (Secondary/High school or above);
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar projects;
  • Strong coordination and communication skills;
  • Language skills: good English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
