We are looking for:

Technical Library Administrator (m/f/d) who is responsible for the procurement, maintenance and revision service of maintenance documents (manuals).

Tasks:

• Provide services for procurement, maintenance and revision of maintenance documents (manuals)
• Maintenance of a central document management system
• Independent management of internal maintenance data
• Support the development and implementation of MTU quality management in the context of external and internal requirements
• Development of detailed key figures and indicators for process evaluation and improvement
• Independent planning and implementation of training and qualification measures in line with demand
• Independent execution of projects in the subject area he/she represents
• Representing organizational interests or MTU Maintenance Serbia interests in internal and external projects, working groups and committees

Requirements:

• University degree (industrial engineering, business informatics, information management)
• Relevant experience in quality and document management
• Very good computer skills, MS Office, Teamcenter
• Analytical mind and methodological knowledge (e.g: presentation techniques, project management techniques) 
• Organizational ability, assertiveness, teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, thinking focused on processes and goals as well as action
• English language (written and fluent oral communication)
