Is looking for Technology manager

- to provide necessary support related maintenance of equipment in production, injection molding machines maintenance and tools maintenance

Tasks/responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical evaluation and problem analysis of injection molds during trial runs and mass production.
• Analyze mold-related defects occurring in the production process and propose solutions, such as flash, shrinkage, deformation, short shots, burn marks, etc.
• Responsible for new mold trials, optimizing injection molding process parameters to ensure product quality and production stability.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and project teams to drive rapid resolution of mold-related issues.
• Communicate with mold suppliers regarding improvement plans and follow up on mold modification progress.
• Conduct risk assessments of mold structures and production processes, identify potential problems in advance, and propose preventive measures.
• Establish and maintain mold technical documentation, including trial records, modification records, and technical reports.
• Continuously optimize mold performance to improve production efficiency and reduce quality risks.
• Responsible for building and developing the injection molding and mold technology team, enhancing the overall engineering capability of the team.

Candidate profile

• Mandatory knowledge of the English language – fluent conversation
• Mandatory advanced computer skills (at least MS Office suite)
• Professional education: at least VI degree in technical profession (preferred)
• Knowledge of PLC programming
• Experience in plastic injection molding automotive industry maintenance  
• Experience in leading teams (instruction, guidance and professional support)
