About the Role
We are looking for a TechOps Specialist responsible for maintenance of office and studio infrastructure, and ensuring stable operation of equipment and systems in daily operations.
The role is highly hands-on, focusing on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and video equipment in an office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration, maintenance, and servicing of office and studio equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing day-to-day IT support to office users
- Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts
- Performing basic networking tasks (LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure)
- Installation and basic configuration of video and audio equipment
- Software maintenance and system administration
- Ensuring stable operation of office technical infrastructure
- Working with physical infrastructure (cabling, equipment installation)
- Providing technical support to employees and collaborating with the team
What we expect:
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
- Experience in installation and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience in hardware maintenance and installation
- Experience with cabling (Cat5e, Cat6) and termination
- Practical skills in using hand and power tools
- Willingness to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 15 kg)
- English level not lower than C1
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
