About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Telegram Support Agent to join our international team. You will be responsible for managing client messages, assisting users, and ensuring fast, professional communication within Telegram groups and private chats.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client messages on Telegram (English or French preferred)
• Assist users with basic questions (login issues, access, payments, etc.)
• Forward technical or sales-related cases to the correct department
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
• Update daily reports of activity and issues

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills
