Telesales Representative (Outbound | Full Remote) - Italian or German Native Speaker

Scales d.o.o. is hiring outbound-only telesales representatives who are native Italian or native German speakers and want to build real sales skills in a high-performance environment.

• Outbound cold calling only (no inbound leads)
• Follow proven sales scripts and sales processes
• Qualify prospects and generate sales opportunities
• Improve performance through continuous training
